TROOP HISTORY

In 1957 Cub Scout Troop 16 was formed.  Pat McCord and Hilda Mayes were the den mothers.  Den 1 included Billy Bradford, Dee Bradford, Hugh Sigmon, Dickie Carrigan, William Cato and Terry Mayes.  Den 2 included Jeffrey Brown, Lawson Jenkins, Lawrence Raymer, Ross Bradford, David McCord, Jimmy Shinn and Tim Mayes.

The Boy Scouts were revived at Ramah in 1983.

Because it was the year of the bicentennial at Ramah, they decided to call themselves Troop 200.

TROOP 200 TODAY

Troop 200 continues to be an active and vibrant group, serving the church and community in many ways.  Additionally, the buildings and grounds at Ramah Presbyterian Church have been the focus of a number of Eagle Scout projects through the years.
